01 Account Eligibility

JOS168 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be asked to submit verification documents including:

• Copy of Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Bank statement or proof of address dated within the last 3 months
• Additional relevant documents as required

08 Account Termination

JOS168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

Voluntary Self-Exclusion
